As a female I prefer to see men who are shaved and groomed the right way. Most men do not realize this concept. They delay months before they will trim their hair and take days before they cut the five o’clock shadow on their chins. But what is still worse is an extreme quantity of chest hair.

I recall going steady with a guy one time who grew offended when I told him that men need to shave their chest. A little bit of hair doesn’t do any harm – but too much can look a little odd and is not flattering. In fact many women are turned off by a man who is constantly wearing their own natural ’sweater’. Naturally he did not like that viewpoint and it appears that many men don’t. Is it that they feel their hair is a sign of their manhood or that they don’t want to take the time to cut it back? February 26, 2009

bootsI recognize that spring is swiftly coming – but winter is still present and the cold is still biting us during those morning hours when we are forced to defrost our cars. Many of us women wish to wear cute outfits to work that will look exceptional – but wearing open toed shoes is not very practical when it is 30 degrees out.

Boots are some of the most fashionable and best types of shoes that women could wear during the winter. Not only are they classic and elegant – but they will protect your feet and work well to keep the cold out. Read the rest of this entry »

Coach PatchworkAs women we can never have to much of a great thing. That is why our closets are stuffed full of shoes of every shape, style, and color. The same goes for pocketbooks. I tell my husband once a month that I need a new purse to fit my various styles.

As a mother I need one that is large enough to hold mine and my daughter’s things. I need one for nice occasions and of course I need one that looks nice – but is not too big when my daughter is not with me. Read the rest of this entry »

Real Or Temporary Tattoos?

February 23, 2009

I love it when people watch me and ask me what my tattoo implies. When I made the decision to receive a tattoo I didn’t wish the pain that followed along with it – but I desired it in a place where people could see it. In other words I wanted to display it off and express to them that I wasn’t embarrassed of what I did.

That is why it comes as no surprise to me that the second question people will ask me is how painful it was. For some people this is the one thing that holds them back from getting a tattoo of their dreams. No one wants to deal with the pain of it and the fact that it is stamped permanently – or at least semi-permanently – on your body is a big deal for most of us. Read the rest of this entry »

Most recently I have been obsessed with finding the right purse. I never used to care about purses and I used to hate dragging them around with me. When I was a teenager I used to stuff everything into the back pockets of my jeans. It was a good thing I never had a checkbook!

But now I have seen how great of an accessory it is. If it is big enough it can carry my wallet, cell phone, and of course all of my make-up essentials. The trick is finding the right purse that I love.

I have discovered the wonders of Coach purses! These bags are stylish and are made with leather. If you get them in the right color you can use it with any outfit and you will love showing it off.

When you purchase a purse from Coach you will end up spending quite a bit of money – but it is well worth it. These purses are hand crafted with the finest leather and unique stitching. They are also durable and will last you for years if you know how to treat it right.

Coach has created some of the highest quality and the most fashionable leather accessories for more than fifty years. Over time they have become America’s leading marketer using suede and leather fabrics.

The business of Coach started more than fifty years ago as a small family business. Six leather artisans started their very own collection right in their apartment – which was located in Manhattan. The collection that they made consisted of quality leather accessories.

People were amazed by their work because of the craftsmanship and special design that was used to create them. This design and technique had been passed down in their family for six generations. Soon everyone wanted to get their hands on what they made.

It is said that the inspiration for the first Coach bag came when one of them saw the way that the American baseball glove was designed. The founders of Coach took their cues from this design and created their own intricate markings. They also worked with worn leather – but made the bag in a way that made it more durable and softer.

Because of the durability and craftsmanship that is put into everything they make Coach has become the leading American marketer of accessories that are made from leather and suede fabrics. Each of their products are of high quality and are guaranteed to last for years.
