Why It’s A Good Idea For Men To Groom Their Chest Hair

March 4, 2009

As a female I prefer to see men who are shaved and groomed the right way. Most men do not realize this concept. They delay months before they will trim their hair and take days before they cut the five o’clock shadow on their chins. But what is still worse is an extreme quantity of chest hair.

I recall going steady with a guy one time who grew offended when I told him that men need to shave their chest. A little bit of hair doesn’t do any harm – but too much can look a little odd and is not flattering. In fact many women are turned off by a man who is constantly wearing their own natural ‘sweater’. Naturally he did not like that viewpoint and it appears that many men don’t. Is it that they feel their hair is a sign of their manhood or that they don’t want to take the time to cut it back?

With that being said I have come up with some very serious grounds for men to groom chest hair.

  • If you have an excessive quantity of hair you are certain to sweat twice as much. This will make you much more dirty when you are doing everyday things and make it harder for you to clean yourself. Also the more hair you have the faster the body odor will hit you and no one desires to be around someone who smells horrible all the time.
  • Do you really wish your hair to be spilling out of your shirt? A woman is speedily turned off when they see tufts of hair coming out of the top of a man’s shirt. You may also find it hard to close your shirts and may even get the hair tangled in them.
  • Grooming your chest hair is simple to keep up on if you pick out the right routine that works for you and the results will be exceptional. Many women love to see the skin and potential abs that are hidden underneath all of that hair. Show it off and make your woman happy by giving her what she wants.
